Oak Grove Water Department
The Water Department first started operations in the early 1990’s and serves over 170 customers in our community. Our Water Department office is conveniently located on the side of the Oak Grove Town Hall. We have recently modified our office hours to allow for customers to be served four days a week.
Tuesday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Wednesday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 1:00pm
Stephanie Shepherd, our Secretary/Treasurer, is available at the Water Dept. Office to take payments, answer billing questions and to handle any other water related inquires.

Water Bill Payment Policy:
Water bills are due on the 10th of each month, if the 10th falls on a Tuesday – Friday your bill is due in the office by close of business on that day. If the 10th falls on a day outside of normal business days your bill is due in the drop box by 8:30am on the following business day. Cash payments can be made in person during normal business hours, only checks or money orders can be accepted via the drop box.
