To help prevent your pipes from freezing you need to let the water run in a steady stream, dripping both hot and cold water at faucets in your kitchen and bathrooms. This will keep water moving through the pipes as well as relieve any built up water pressure if the pipes should freeze. Closing the vents around the outside of your home will also help. Don’t forget to cover outdoor faucets as well!

Please also make sure any outside animals are brought in from the very cold temperatures coming in the next few days!!
