Community Building Repairs

The Town of Oak Grove, AR is Currently seeking

GENERAL CONTRACTOR

bids for the necessary repairs of our Community Building.

Project Scope

The Community Building is located at 74 CR 624 (& Hwy 103) Oak Grove, AR 72260

This building as long been a part of the town of Oak Grove. Serving as a school until 1956, the Town purchased the building, and it has provided a memorable site for public meetings, elections, and countless other community events over the years.

Now, as the building continues to age, the Town Council has decided to seek a Contractor able to perform the needed repairs of the building to ensure the safety of our citizens while in use and to help ensure its continued use in our community.

Known issues in need of repair:

New Roof
Replace Roof Support Beams
Removal of Wood Stove and Chimney
Potential for other repairs found

Contractors will need to be licensed and insured in the State of Arkansas.
