This Thursday, April 11th an independent contractor will inspecting and performing any needed repairs to inside of our town’s water tank.  This work is being done to meet requirements set by the State of Arkansas to help assure proper water quality for our town.  

On the day of the 11th we ask that all town water customers curb their water usage as much as possible due to a considerably more limited supply of water.  A boil order will be in place until the State can test water samples that will be taken after the work has been completed.  The boil order could last for 7 to 10 days depending upon how long the State takes to test the samples. 

It is recommended for you to have 5 – 10 gallons of drinking water per household member prior to the 11th for use during the boil order.
